Goku ssj3 (dragon ball Z) power up was done in paint tool sai ...the line art is not ,ine i only colord it....i got this urge to color a dbz item just after i saw dragon ball z movie 14 battle of gods...and it turned out reali good...hope ya alll like it made a few touch ups
